How to Tween an animation in Photoshop.

We're going to be making a heartbeat animation.

First create a red heart on the center of your canvas.

Then right-click on the layer on the right side and select blending options. From there you will add a bevel with: Depth 62%, Size 29Px, and Soften 13. Add a red outer glow with opacity 75%. Add a stroke with a size of 1-3Px, depending on the size of your heart. Add contour under Bevel and Colour Overlay. It should look like this:

Then click create frame animation on the timeline, and duplicate the frame.

With the second frame selected, change the blending options on the heart. Change the Bevel to: Depth 71%, Size 70Px, and change the stroke to 3-6Px, again depending on the size of the project.
Then click tween animation, and add 3 frames.

Then simply repeat the process by duplicating frames and tweening again and adding a background
